Attorney at Law
Marija Pešović
Marija Pešović is a lawyer and the founder of “Pešović Law Office”.
Marija graduated from Union University, Faculty of Law in Belgrade, 2014. She passed her Bar Exam 2017, and her Judicial Exam 2018, when she also earned her master’s degree in corporate and organizational law.
She is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the Belgrade Bar Association. In 2019, Marija founded “Pešović Law Office”.
Marija started her law career in 2015 and gained experience by working in successful law offices in Belgrade. She is experiences in litigation management and she represented companies at Serbian Business Register Agency, as well as individual clients at courts and other state authority institutions.
She is particularly specialized in the area of corporate and commercial law.
Marija is a proficient English language speaker and one of the regular authors at the legal journal „Savremena uprava“.

Tomislav Stanković
Tomislav is part of the “Pešović Law Office” team since 2019.
He graduated from the Union University, Faculty of Law in Belgrade, 2010.
Tomislav is particularly specialized in the field of property law and legal affairs. His main focus areas are real estate, construction, legalization of property, illegally constructed buildings.
Tomislav gained his rich experience and knowledge by representing banks, companies, and individuals while working in Secretariat for Legalisation of Buildings, Secretariat for Property and Legal Affairs, and the City Administration of the City of Belgrade. He was also a member of Asset Management in AIK Bank AD Belgrade (a member of MK Group) and represented many clients at Republic Geodetic Authority.
In addition to that, Tomislav has been working as a leader of legal teams in the construction business and manufacturing buildings of all kinds (mega markets, hotels, gas stations, silos, industrial facilities, warehouse spaces…).
He is a proficient English language speaker.
